We created Lattice Climbers to level the playing field. We believe that very young adult deserves the opportunity to succeed. Not everyone has the social or cultural capital to know basic soft and life skills.

Translatable Skills

Industry-specific skills are necessary for any job, but soft and life skills translate across industries. The
importance of these skills has become increasingly apparent to employers and educators. Young adults are graduating college unprepared for the professional world. According to a report by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, “[c]losing the gap between the soft skills employers require in their
workforce and those that students leave school with is essential.”

Lattice Climbers steps into that gap to level the playing field. We have broken soft and life skills down into concrete, specific lessons that encourage growth. Because we recognize that skill gaps differ, our onboarding quiz delivers customized lessons to each lattice climber.
